Prom Night: Torianne


A few weeks ago I worked my magic on a young lady named Torianne for her prom night.  She looked so beautiful!  I love working on young ladies for prom especially Torianne because she was so sweet.

Just when I think I've seen it all or that these were some of the best wedding day images I've seen....I'm thrown back once again.  Literally when I received Cynthia's images today I just couldn't decide which ones I wanted.  Every detail and thought that went into this wedding was beautifully captured in a time-capsule.  From the hand made brooches bouquet, to the bright umbrellas, to the neon pink and bright purple eyeshadow she decided on, down to the end of the night beach cruiser ride off....this wedding was truly a fairy tale.

Cynthia, I want to thank you for always thinking of me when makeup is on your mind.  I love you, your sweet mom and dear Chris.  Wishing you all much happiness!

Memories


I've been meaning to post these images as promised Friday on my Facebook but I was obviously side tracked....sorry.  As a child I used to visit the Edgar Casey Center here in Virginia Beach and sit in the garden area while my cousin worked near by.  Over the years it has changed for the better, as my friend Jesse said "It seems Magical" Friday was her first time even going there.  I think I need to make more visits maybe even bring along a book or magazine and just relax.

Beautiful Bride: Lauren in Lake Gaston

This past weekend I had the pleasure of working in Lake Gaston.  It was my first time there and it will definitely not be the last.  I took my husband along to accompany me for the 2 hour ride.  The bridal group and groomsmen were so hospitable and made us feel at home.  Lucky for Marcus…as I worked he enjoyed the lake view.

Family Wedding Weekend


This past weekend we hit the road to Kitty Hawk, NC for my cousins wedding.  We had such a great time I especially fell in love with the sunset.  

So glad I had the weekend off to attend.

Another Year... sealed with love.


Yesterday happened to be my marriage anniversary but we celebrated last Saturday with a nice dinner at one of my favorite places, Steinhilber's in Virginia Beach.  The scenery was romantic and once the lights dimmed it was relaxing and peaceful...all by the riverside.
